Since 1975, Avon Valley Indoor Bowls Club has been more than just a facility; it has been a cornerstone of the bowls community in Warwickshire. We founded this club with a simple mission: to provide an inclusive and welcoming space where the game of bowls can be enjoyed by all. Today, we continue to nurture a family atmosphere where every member finds a place to belong, whether they are competing in our social leagues, at County level or simply enjoying one of our casual galas.
Indoor Bowls
Our 6 rink carpet was replaced in July 2025, and has been adjusted and maintained to a very high standard for experienced bowlers and complete novices to experience and enjoy. Currently running at 18 seconds!
Pétanque
Our dedicated petanque area was originally excavated and laid by the DSM Group who are doing the grounds works for the Homes England land at Bamford Park. We have since been in receipt of £10,000 grant to extend the terrain which has given us 6 pistes. Whether you are a seasoned player or new to the game, we provide the space and equipment to make your experience enjoyable. We are a very casual and relaxed group, and always happy to make new friends.

Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 10:00 and evenings from 18:30, organised Galas.

There is still time to enter some of our leagues.
Monday evening and Wednesday afternoon league entries are closed, but Monday morning, Tuesday evening, Wednesday morning, Friday evening and Saturday morning still need more teams.
